1. Information We Collect
- Messages you send in chats (stored locally in your browser unless you explicitly export/share them)
- Custom characters you create (stored in localStorage)
- Analytics events (via Google Analytics): page views, button clicks, character selections, scroll depth, time on site – no personal identifiers are sent
- Technical data: IP address (anonymized), browser type, device type, approximate location (country level)
2. Data We Do NOT Collect
- Email address / name / phone number (unless voluntarily provided in chat – which we do not store server-side)
- Payment information (no payments processed yet)
- Full chat histories on our servers (everything stays in your browser)
3. How We Use Your Information
We use data to:
- Operate and improve the Service
- Understand usage patterns (anonymized analytics)
- Debug technical issues
4. Third-Party Services
- Google Analytics – anonymized usage statistics
- OpenAI API or Anthropic Claude API – your messages are sent to these providers to generate replies. Please review their privacy policies.
5. Data Storage & Security
All conversation data is stored only in your browser (localStorage / IndexedDB). We do not store your chat histories on our servers. Custom characters and memory summaries also remain client-side.
6. Your Rights
You can:
- Clear localStorage in your browser to delete all chats & characters
- Opt out of analytics by using ad-blockers or privacy browsers
